- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- 2–3 tablespoons diced cilantro
- Juice of 1 small lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Dice strawberries, mango, and avocado.
- Chop jalapeno and red onion.
- Combine in a bowl, add lime juice and salt, and mix gently.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and serve.
