Description

A quick and refreshing salsa made with creamy avocado, sweet strawberries, and ripe mangoes, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 23 tablespoons diced cilantro
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries, mango, and avocado.
  2. Chop jalapeno and red onion.
  3. Combine in a bowl, add lime juice and salt, and mix gently.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  5. Garnish with extra cilantro and serve.
