- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado lightly with a fork, leaving some chunks.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Gently mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
