Description

An incredibly fresh Avocado Salad recipe that’s quick to make and packed with nutrients, inspired by traditional Mexican flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado lightly with a fork, leaving some chunks.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. Gently mix everything together.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
