- 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 bag coleslaw
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Sweet chili sauce, to serve
- Chopped cilantro, to serve
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray wonton wrappers with cooking spray, drape them over the baking dish, and bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Mix the chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook in a skillet over high heat for 7-8 minutes until done.
- Prepare the coleslaw ingredients in another bowl.
- Assemble tacos by adding chicken into wonton shells, topping with coleslaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
- Serve hot, garnishing with cilantro and sesame seeds.
