Quick and easy individual-sized apple treats with a sweet and tart filling and buttery oat topping.
Ingredients

- 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Toss apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press a spoonful of the topping into each muffin cup, add apples, and sprinkle more topping on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the apples used.
