Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 cup finely ground almonds
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture.
  4. Form the dough into crescent shapes and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute unsalted butter with coconut oil. Optionally, add chocolate chips for a twist.
