Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli offers a crispy, golden-brown appetizer that’s healthier than traditional deep-fried versions.

- 20 ounce package refrigerated ravioli
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Italian seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (shaker style/powder works best)
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Open the package of refrigerated ravioli and carefully separate any pieces stuck together; do not boil them as per package directions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, coarse salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the ravioli into the seasoned egg mixture and toss carefully to ensure every piece is coated. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Italian seasoned Panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Press the egg-coated ravioli into the breadcrumb mixture a few at a time, coating all sides well. Shake off any excess breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated ravioli in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure pieces are not touching. Use a sheet of plastic wrap between layers if stacking is necessary.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer with space between each piece; you will need to cook them in batches.
- Lightly spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray to enhance browning.
- If your air fryer requires preheating, set it to 400°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Place the ravioli in the air fryer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they are crispy, golden brown, and heated through.
- Continue the breading and air frying process with the remaining ravioli batches.
- Garnish the toasted ravioli with fresh chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
