Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Garlic Butter Salmon that combines delicious flavors of garlic and butter with the health benefits of salmon. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them skin-side down in a shallow dish or on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring it’s generously coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  5. Carefully remove the salmon, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with a side of roasted veggies or a crisp salad.

Notes

Keep an eye on the salmon to avoid overcooking. Experiment with seasonings like lemon juice or paprika for added flavor.
