Instructions
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly under water and dry completely.
- Use a fork to poke holes around each potato to release steam during cooking.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional garlic or onion powder.
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Insert a fork—potatoes should feel tender and soft inside.
- Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
