Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly under water and dry completely.
  2. Use a fork to poke holes around each potato to release steam during cooking.
  3. Rub potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional garlic or onion powder.
  4. Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Insert a fork—potatoes should feel tender and soft inside.
  7. Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
