- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prep your apples by dicing 2 large apples into wedges about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until combined.
- In another bowl, beat 2 large eggs until well blended.
- Dip each apple wedge in the beaten egg, then roll it in the dry coating mixture.
- Place the coated wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar before serving, if desired. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg or allspice to the coating.
